Coentrao is not possible to get while Kolarov gets 5.5mln/season at City. I do like him, but even if he takes a paycut we'd need to pay at least 3-4mln/season, I don't think he's worth it.

Asamoah was fine this season and he also had many assists considering his playing out wide.

Why do you judge players on form? Judge them on ability. Kolarov is a much better player than he's been this season. It must be considered that Mancini didn't even give him enough continuity. At Juve, he will be a beast and if he's willing to take a pay cut, he'd be a superb acquisition.
