Left footed player alternating between CB and FB, comfortable with the ball. I don't see any of our defenders bar Danilo at times spraying long diagonal passes so that was very encouraging to see.

He looks like a capable and proactive player both defensively and with the ball, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. You looking for argument for the sake of it? Or you misread the tactical comparison to Calafiori and took it too literally?
