Hey Rover, you know we sent our best man up there. In fact he expressly said he cherished the idea of playing for Celtic because he wanted CL action. Meanwhile Celtic didn't make it and neither did Wisla Krakow. Oh well. :(
He's a good player, but missed a penalty in his first game, missed two pretty good chances on his league debut...and still hasn't scored yet.

I think he's being asked to play off Hartson, which isn't his strength. When he's let loose as lead striker, then I think we'll see the real 'magik'

As for CL action, he'll still be here next year, and we can' t be so poor two years in a row...I hope:dontcare:

Jags, so worthless.

Jaguar is loosing millions every month...poor sales in the states due to the exchange rate being so unfavourable...and recent investment in new technology...hence the introduction of diesel engines...to boost sales in Europe

...talk of an American production factory:down:

Diesel? That ain't cheap anymore either

My neighbour is running his car on self-made vegetable oil nowadays :D
The majority of new cars sold in Britain are Company cars...Diesel still has a slight tax advantage here...but not for long.

If buying a new private car here I would recommend petrol now

Vegetable oil:D

Do you watch Top Gear in The Netherlands?
Did you see the episode where they ran a Merc on chip pan fat...drove loke a spud, but worked

A mini would rule Amsterdam... I would get one but I can't afford a car yet

Wouldn't make much sense either (financially) - a student in Holland receives a public transportation pass with which you can travel with all forms of public transportation for absolutely free on weekdays.

I get 34 miles to the gallon...not as good as a mini, but better than the last car I drove
My parent's car does 32 miles to the gallon and they're considering a getting a different one because of current petrol prices...

Hey...if the King of Sweden hadn't pranged his bemer I wouldn't have known the price of fuel in the Netherlands.

I think I'll write His Majesty a nice note thanking him, and get the British Ambassador to hand deliver it personally...what ya think?
