We signed Appelt and Bouy and sent them to our Primavera team and you don't hear much about them.

You have to admire our youth policy though, we're signing up some potential gems.

Even the current ones we have look really good.
One of the benefits of having a transfer guru with a "small club mentality": He still can't close big deals but with time he'll improve but getting young prospects is his repertoire.

Just like the good ol' Moggi days, we'll have agents planted in clubs all over Italy, doing our bid.

:scared:

Hmm, but I am liking the major increase in investment in youth from all over the world.

You should take a regular peek at -

I mention those two often, as they are two of our most promising youngster...Gabriel Appelt has done very well for Pro vercelli, winning a starting spot and holding it down until suffering a nasty injury in early december. Also at Pro vercelli is Alberto Masi, again a mainstay in their starting Xi until he too succumbed to injury around the same time. Both are expected to return to action in the next fortnight or so...Buoy has been mixinf it fine and dandy with the big boys at play-off chasing Brescia.

Not much more we could hope for than our loans/co-owns earning first team action on a regular basis. And the two you mentioned have done just that. (Buoy was another who received an injury in late november/early december. he came back and has pretty much won back his starting spot.)
