Juventus are reportedly “hours away” from signing Valencia right-back Joao Cancelo for a fee of around €25m.

According to Superdeporte, an agreement has been reached for Cancelo to join Juve, which will help fund Valencia’s double swoop for Inter pair Jeison Murillo and Geoffrey Kondogbia.

The Portugese had been linked with the Bianconeri throughout the summer and would replace former Barcelona man Dani Alves, who has since joined Paris Saint-Germain.

I watched Valencia against Werder friendly yesterday.Was in the starting 11.Wasn't impressed at all.Played almost the whole game .Doesn't care about defense and not good at attack.De Sciglio at the best type of player.We won't solve our RB issues with him at all.

Agree about yesterday's performance.It's my impression about Cancelo from this game ,friendly against Werder. Bad impression.

De sciglio is okay, and I can live with playing. But Lichsteiner is finished. Hes miles away from being What he used to be. He allways sucked offensively, but now he cant even defend. Love him, but he is not good enough.

Honestly guys, I would rather bring in Lirola and Spinazzola while trying to reinvent Cuadrado as a right back. Cancelo seems like a waste of money and there are not many good alternatives out there.

So basically:
IN: Lirola, Spinazzola
OUT: Lichsteiner - keep Asamoah as the 6th choice CM / left back

I assume you have seen a lot of him then? I cannot say that I have. I am only going on youtube videos and the odd comment here and there. I hope you are right about him if we do end up spending 25m on this fella.
