Without any doubt, I already registered for next year. I am also planning that within a year or two I should start preparing for a full marathon.

As for the small races that I do, I have a 10 km charity race in 10 days.

That's not true. Talent is a huge factor when it comes to running. I agree that one could train to obtain a more efficient running form (mostly achieved by training the posterior chain probably), but some people are always going to suck at it.

I just always heard about him, but judging from the his posts that I have just read in the last 2 days, he seems okay. I am not sure if that just a cover and he just playing the nice guy thing now.

Anyway, I like the guy and I think he brings fun to the forums in some ways. Imo he is banned not failry, because there are people who just love to jump on him at any given chance and they somehow aren't banned/warned etc. while he is just banned for life. Not very fair situation imo.
