Lol I knew there was some reason they so easily loaned Robinho to them.

And this argie kid, any speculation of fee? Neymar would cost quite a bit me thinks. Hope this argie isnt as pricey. Prolly not, lots of bargains to be had when the argie league is so skint.

    Colombian :p

Neymar would cost 5-10m depending on what he does from now until the summer, or whenever we purchase. Not even up for debate, he's worth every penny.

I think he got it by now.

I wonder how many of our Primavera would be playing first team football if they played in leagues like in South American ones where they give chances to young players, mostly because once they achieve any kind of establishment they get sold to Europe.

I like the term "too green". Basically, our entire youth academy the last 3 years can be summed up as "too green".

    Makes sense.

Winning the same competition means nothing I suppose for them when we can go to south america and buy a replacement for 15m.

By who? As a team or individual players?

After all, it's the players as individuals that we bring through that counts, not whether they can win 10 trophies by being the best unit at that level.
I remember the time, when Gio was a new Messi,

Why didn't you try to comment on the other part of my post?

Tell me, how many players did Roma, Milan, Inter, Manchester, Chelsea get from their youth team? Did they get starting spot and turn into good players? Or they also followed this policy and made huge profits?

Some people act like winning Primavera was winning the WC. Our staff should know better and hey, as I already said, at least 15 teams saw our kids play. If they are so great, we'll see them going to Real, Manchester or Inter. If that happens our staff should smash their heads into walls. But nothing like that happened so far, nor it will by all the chances.
