Somebody has to be the Arsenal of Italy. And given Juve's long history of excellent Frenchies (Zidane, Trez, etc.), I think it would be foolish to have a Juve and French insider like DD not recognize talents well before the rest of the league could.
Forza DD.
We've had many great french players in the past, and currently we have Trezeguet and the best defender in the world in Boumsong, so I know what you're saying
But still, I wouldn't want us to become the Arsenal of Italy, because that would mean, as sateeh said, having a full starting 11 consisting of foreigners. I think it's important for this club that we nurture the home grown talent that is in our own ranks as well as sign the cream of the crop of Italian players based in Italy. In other words, continue with our policies from the past. A mixture of Italians and frenchies will do the trick
Bring in the Faty, I say!
And hopefully we'll be the ones who eventually land Ribery next summer (although this is a long-shot)
