Maybe because we renovated our stadium and they are building a new one? I don't know but I also read that they have to buy some ground where a market currently stands.. Maybe that's expensive aswell..

Club is a different entity than Della Valle. even if he funds that, it's going to be shown as a liability in clubs books. A liability almost in par with club's book value.
True, but amounts used to build stadiums are not factored in FFP, so Della Valle could pour in money for the stadium without affecting the club's FFP targets.

If he doesnt care about his money that is. Well, not that if he doesnt care... but if he doesnt mind pouring all that money from his pocket.

Still, they dont need to pour that much money to make a stadium as good or better than Juvestadium.
Unless im missing some other expenses like terrain ect etc

even if stadium money is not a factor in FFP, still adding 300M to your club debt would have devastating effects. Juve is 200M in debt and is worth much more than Viola

it probably won't happen as the mayor of Florence said the club want a whole area where the city council had planned to build a new market. So they've little chance.
