Are these small stairs over those ads permanent, they look strange and are seriosly dangerous when a player rushes out of the field. They cant be permanent

I think the new stadium is a huge X factor for us this season. I am hoping that more spectators and a huge atmosphere really lift some of the players. We conceded more goals at home last season then ANY other team in Serie A - Bari included.

I reckon the stadium is worth an extra 10-15 points in a season alone.
