Of course it's true.

Selling the naming rights already covers (or covered) a big part of the total sum. Add the income from commercial activities around the stadium (leases & whatnot) & you've got about the same of money coming in as going out during the loan period.

For a supposedly state of the art stadium, 100m seems on the low-end, considering Allianz Arena cost somewhere in the vicinity of 300m or so (even discounting its nearly double capacity).
I'm just wondering whether we're getting it cheaper because of New Holland.
Juventus leased the land where the Delle Alpi is situated on for 99 years at a cost of 25m euros in 2003. I'm not certain, but I imagine a big chunk of the cost of a new stadium is land related. If this stadium was located on prime real estate, such as downtown/near the city center, I'm sure it would have cost more.

There was also some cost savings from the materials, as much of the materials as possible from the old Delle Alpi were recycled in this new build.

designated prostitution zones outside the stadium will also provide a nice cash bonus.

How is the statue of Amauri coming alone? Anyone know where it's going to be placed or if it gets a contract extension?

It looks REALLY nice. Props to Juve for stepping it up.

Just bugs me why the seats couldn't be even closer to the pitch ala Premier League style. They do know their stadiums.

hahaha where else but the main entrance!

And I'm hoping his face is plastered in the middle of the field kinda how the NBA teams have their names. Then the motherfuckers will know who they're playing against without having to read

I am quite unsure myself, here's some promo videos:

I'm a tad confused from the video as I am unsure if the legends (their "sector") would be the big one and if we buy a star ours would be smaller ones surrounding it?

now about the new juventus stadium being a xxi century agora..don't know if the city itself is a kind of city that can full the stadium all the time. The advantage is that big uni the city has...if juve will be a brand and fashion again like it used to be then we have that chance to get our money fast and for the new complex to be succesfull over the years. Oh and i hope the tickets won't be so expensive like they used to be on old delle alpi..

Thats why they shrank the compacity to 40,000 or so because of poor attendance but maybe it could change since it's 8 meters away from pitch. Sportsfive bought the rights to the stadium. Funny how on away games we have more in attendance than our casa.

Sad would be seeing a stadium half empty week in week out.
It's going to be something like Highbury, Arsenal's stadium before the Emirates. But the only difference is our stands still won't be full.
