I know it isn't over the pitch, but in the one pic it looks like its over specific sections of the stands. I wasn't sure if it would move completely over the stands if needed or doesn't move at all. It looks segmented I guess is what I am trying to say

There isn't really a direct translation for 'curva'.

It's just referred to as the stand/end behind the goals or by the name of the stand.
