Nope. They tried (I suppose under American influences) in the '90s - shops started selling Valentine cards and stuff but nobody bought the crap and now it's virtually gone.

Some professor I saw on tv once said it was because "The Dutch don't confine love to a single day per year"

I say we're just too damn cheap to buy our loved ones any cards but hey, difference in opinions I guess
