What's the agreement?

Roma haven't even chosen a site or anything yet, as far as I'm aware.

Can't be more than a really general agreement to cooperate, rather than anything particularly concrete or useful.

    They have an agreement with the mayor to build the stadium, which means that they will cooperate to find a suitable ground in order to respect the delay.

    I think that they need 2-3 years of bureaucracy stuff and then to start with construction.

    We bought Delle Allpi in 2003 and 6 years after that started building stadium.

    I wonder how far out of the city they'll end up.

    Can't be many stadium sized bits of land just waiting to be bought and developed.
