Serie A would solve so many issues with new stadiums. Go for smaller stadiums, 20-28k for medium sized clubs. 35-40k for the bigger cluvs. Focus on atmosphere, image and presentation.
Udinese's new stadium with second highest occupancy. Edit. Sorry, third behind Frosinone.
I agree. Empoli are already in a far developed stadium atm, I don't know when they will start but i have high hopes. Roma is really dissapointing so far, there is no progress.
Other clubs who wants a new stadium but the commune is bureaucratic: Atalanta, Fiorentina, Cagliari, Palermo, Sampdoria and Bologna. I don't know what Milan and Inter wants at the moment, they are capricious.
How big the stadiums should be:
1. Juventus (55.000)
2. Napoli (50.000)
3. Fiorentina (35.000-40.000)
4. Roma (55.000)
5. Inter (60.000)
6. Milan (60.000)
7. Lazio (35.000 - 40.000)
8. Sassuolo (15.000)
9. Empoli (18.000)
10. Bologna (25.000)
11. Chievo (16-18.000)
12. Torino (25.000)
13. Atalanta (20.000)
14. Udinese (25.000) (this is what they have already, i would say 20k was enough)
15. Palermo (25.000)
16. Genoa (25.000)
17. Sampdoria (23.000)
18. Frosinone (10.000) But I think they won't stand long in Serie A
19. Carpi, please go away.
20. Hellas (20.000)
I think this are ok sizes, maybe some a little bit smaller or bigger, but I think i am accurate.
