Extremely low.

Sure, there's a guarantee of 20m if they make CL but that's really just Pirelli protecting themselves. Inter got bent over and fucked with that deal. 10m from a main jersey sponsorship and they won the CL less than ten years ago. That's provincial, midtable level sponsorship.

Oh I totally agree. And I'm happy.

But from an objective perspective, I cannot believe a club such as Inter could've gotten a 10m annual jersey sponsorship. That's just insanely low. They're a disgusting club and I'm happy butt he football fan in me is shocked.

Its a fair deal considering the circumstances

A.They are in huge debt and have been a mess financially for yrs now
B.They play in Serie A.Juventus is its only marketable team and one with a bright future. As an overall product,Serie A is still poor.Lot of improvements our needed if you need more casuals to tune in watch Serie A games.
C.They havent played CL since 2011-12 season.Their brand value is diminishing every yr.
D.Barely any marketable players in the team.Pretty much a selling club now who have to rely on sales to make transfers.

Considering all these reasons, you can understand why they got such a low deal.Ofcourse Pirelli would want to protect their interests.Inter are like a no-hope team right now.

20mln per year if they make CL?

FFS we are making 17mln and we are a CL finalist.

Midtable teams in Serie A wish they were earning half that. Sassuolo aside most top-mid table sides are either refusing to accept TV deals that are less than they think they deserve and therefore get nothing (Roma, Lazio, Fiorentina), or they're earning 2-4m

If our management is any good our next sponsorship shirt deal should be worth €30 million.

We have a lot of exposure now and the future is looking good. No reason not to have a good sponsorship deal on our jersey.

€17 million was a mediocre price for us in all honesty.

Then Inter getting 20 is a good a thing. Its an indicator of what a perhaps third best Serie A teams gets offered from a company that has strong ties to the club.
If the pirelli ties to Inter were not as strong maybe they would have gotten 15 or something. That means that our sponsorship deal should be much higher since we are consistently the best team in Italy and we have potential to be a consistently well performing team in the CL.
