The simple truth is that Dybala's G+A per minute ratio is better.

Dybala plays less minutes so he has more time to cover, and no fatigue too.

Despite Higuain playing his 3rd year at Napoli, wich team didnt change much, where Dybala was new in a renewed juventus side.

 Is this "new comer factor", so it is guarantee that next year Dybala will score and assist more? Dybala already has advantage playing with better teammates.

Despite beeing paired with 3 different forwards due to injuries

Despite Morata missing at least 4-5 absolute sitters wich should have added to his assist list

 Did you watch every Napoli matches? Did you count how many times Higuain hit crossbars, or his team mates missed sitters from his pass. I counted and I think you should add 10 goals and 10 assists to Higuain.

Yeah, its better. Especially because once a team cuts off the feed to higuain, Napoli will struggle, where DYbala can score and assist

Why Napoli players should stop assisting Higuain to score, especially he is doing really well. If we did not let Dybala takes free kick and penalties his stats would drop too.
As I said goals are always better than assists, and cumulative goals and assists is what matter, not goals assists per minutes. Because that number is easily distorted like Padoin highest accuracy passing rate. Your argument always contains so many loopholes, especially you have double standards to judge different players.

Seeing Boateng in a Milan jersey is a nice sight though.

It means they've got a really long way to be relevant again.

Donnarumma has the potential to be a world class keeper. Bacca is a class striker. Bonaventura is really good and effective in what he does for Milan and Romagnoli is going to be a great CB one day. But the rest of that Milan squad is straight ass-crack, brah.

If things go as expected, Donnarumma will be a great Buffon replacement in the national team. He is more talented than Perin. Beyond that evidence suggests that Milan will need some cash 2-3 years from now, as they always do nowadays, so we might have to show our philanthropic side and help them to stay within the FFP rules, so they are allowed to play in the EL groupstage.
