Zamparini fired Ballardini who he had hired recently because he has been a disaster. Was about to take back Iachini, but the latter wanted couple new signings to take back his job and coach the players who never wanted him fired to begin with (some players Zamparini sold /frozen out because they were openly revolting due to him firing Iachini). Zamparini got pissed due to the reasonable demands and unfired Ballardini in less then 24 hours. So now Palermo stuck with a coach that's been very bad and not clicking with his team at all, has no authority. All because Zamparini is an impulsive lunatic.
