They don't really have the kind of "difference" makers to step up when the going gets tough, that's the thing that will bring them down IMO.

And they don't have a player whose injury can ruin their season. We lost points at the start when we were missing Marchisio and Khedira and had some shitty Sturaro, Padoin, Lemina, Hernanes midfields. We'll lose even more if Pogba or Dybala are out for a month. Roma are now losing tons of points because their attack is impotent without Salah and Gervinho. Napoli completely rely on Higuain.
No such player in Inter. Everyone is replaceable in their team. It will take a collapse on a team level for them to start losing points like we did in the opening 6 rounds, or the way Roma are losing points right now. For Roma and us it was injury related (for us it was also a search for the right players and formation), for Inter it won't be. And of course, they have no European commitments, so it's another plus.

While Icardi isn't setting the world on fire, if they were to lose Jovetic, or Icardi for an extended period, I could see them hitting a rough patch and struggling. Palacio has been past it for awhile, and Ljacic is playing well, but I'm not convinced he can be consistent over the year, anyway.
I also just don't like Mancini, I guess... mostly because of his bitch-ass melt down against Liverpool awhile back. Hopefully he transmits some of that mentality to his players

I'd rather have them lose Ljajic who has been their best player everytime he appeared on the pitch. Jovetic hasn't convinced except the first couple of matches and Icardi is benched
Just don't see a club that averages a little more than 1 goal a game being able to sustain a title challenge, but we'll see. And so awesome to see that shithead Icardi benched, really dislike that guy.
My money is on us, as it has been all year. Napoli is going to be the biggest challenge, IMO. But as Allen said, if they lose a guy like Higuain for an extended period, it's over for them.
One advantage we will have in 2nd half of season is we get the top teams at home with exception of Fiorentina. We've already played Roma, Napoli, and Inter on the road. The main thing for us is keeping the momentum going and getting players like Asamoah and Khedira back on the field. If we are in striking distance when those matches come up I like our chances.
Some people here are underestimating what they can achieve. It's not the greatest team but it's getting the results.

I don't trust teams that win by close results but constantly win.
True, but we started the season underperforming at effectively an historic level, with a massive injury crisis in midfield, and 3 new forwards (10-11 new faces total, can't remember precisely atm).
I get where you're coming from, brother. They've been grinding out results, they're dangerous, and they should be considered a contender -- for sure.
But going back to 2004/2005, when the league went from 34 game seasons to 38 games, Milan is the lowest scoring team to win Serie A, in 2010/11 -- averaging 1.71 goals per game (65 in 38).
Which is a pretty big difference from what Inter has produced so far. But you're right, ebb and flow of the season, there are always blowout games to pad stats.
