Right, I'm not disagreeing.

As for the what the majority of my post was about which you completely ignored, I'm guessing you're backtracking on the Icardi comment?
Wasn't Icardi top scorer last season? Therefore it's not in the least unreasonable to expect him to be clutch player for you this term as well.

Why wait 10-15 rounds? Do you, or do you not think, that at this point in time, our lack of creating chances is because of our focus on the defense which has been improved massively? Mancini always builds from the back, so this wouldn't be an Or is everything based on luck/unluck?
While Juve has certainly underachieved so far, Inter did the most from their games. Current table isn't representative and it's understandable since we're at the very beginning of the season. Sassoulo ffs has 11 pts from 5 games. The point of the article wasn't to underestimate your team, but to show that thus far we were extremely unfortunate side, that we have very little problems to create chances, that we allow our adversaries very few attempts on the goal and that situation in the long term is definitely going to change for better, as far as Juve is concerned. I already stated few months before, much to disamay of some members, that I expect Inter to be among top 3-4 teams this term, but I don't see you as Scudetto material.

Why is that?

We are not unfortunate because we are not scoring enough, we are not scoring on our chances, it's called failure, we sucked clinically and almost there isn't good enough.

What's the real unfortunate anomaly tho that can't statistically keep happening is how we concead, unfocused and all but opponents scoring on their only chances is rare and stay like that for long. Except vs Chievo, Buffon saved us.

I would say the fact that we have only kept one clean sheet against 10 man Genoa is as bad as the wasted chances.

Teams that win a league need to be solid at the back and we haven't been.

That is very true in a way, but our offense worries me more because we are losing more due to very ineffective attack. We concead one goal per game (in rare times they attack) except Roma and usually should be teams we outscore with good attacks. Defense is unfocused tho, especially in set pieces, and the vulnerability is partly due to how nonexistent our midfield been, that usually used to easily suppress opponents on auto mode.

They've been riding luck since the season begun. Not to forget them being overly dependent on Jovetic/Icardi,
Just admit what you wrote was hyperbole, in order to belittle our season start as much as possible.

Once again you completely ignore my original question.

I have no doubt that we won't continue this form, and however much I want it to be true, I don't see us winning the Scudetto. There can also be no doubt that you'll improve, HOWEVER;
That doesn't mean that we, 5 matches in, haven't played as a better team than you. It doesn't mean you've just been riding a wave of unluck that'll magically dissapear and you'll go on to win the next 33 matches, while we've been practically handed victories against much lesser opposition than you've faced, stumbling on wins by way of pure luck, as you make it out to be.

Fortunately, that doesn't seem to be prevalent opinion on here.

Last year you depended on Icardi, right now Jojo is the go to guy. No doubt that these two will be your most important players when it comes to creating (Jovetić) and scoring (Jovetić/Icardi) and your season will shape up, based on how these two perform.

Seeing your games/part of the games vs Milan, Chievo and Carpi (rerun) I felt the other team had some really bad luck against you, where it wouldn't be unfair if the game had different outcome. You've definitely been riding luck, but I also expected Inter to be among top 3-4 teams, since I kinda rate Mancini and think you finally (re)hired good manager, after years of various Gasperinis, Benitez, Mazzaris, etc...

Seems to be a sensible enough poster so far, could turn out to be a troll/double obviously, but an Inter fan would be quite interesting tbh,
@Ragazza was also a sensible poster. What happened with her?

As long as he doesn't diss Juve there shouldn't be any issue with his stay. Makes forum more interesting place.
