Without looking at results, GdS evaluated presentation of Serie A teams, to determine which of the teams has created highest number of goalscoring opportunities per game so far.
Unsurprisingly Juve find themselves at the top, then follow Napoli, Roma and Inter. Inter has managed to win games where they clearly weren't better team, games where the result could have gone either way, and this trend is unlikely to continue. Statistically it's improbable.
Serie A table might look rather differently in the long run (few months from now), when there will be played enough games to offset some of the incidents that have resulted favorable/less favorable outcomes for teams involved. :xfinger:

Nah, we dominated teams from the start. Looked very convincing in most of our games, epecially in the beginning and towards the end of campaign while in the middle (Jan-Feb) we were rather unfortunate in some situations. Games that ended in draw when we clearly outplayed our adversaries. Current Inter has very little in common. They've been riding luck since the season begun. Not to forget them being overly dependent on Jovetic/Icardi, which greatly exposes them to risk, if these two become unavailable at one point in the season, which again is very probable considering Jovetić' injury records.

I could see more connections with 2009/10 Juve, when we started season in a similar fashion like current Inter. Rarely looked convincing and bar the game vs Roma won most of our other encounters fortuitously.
Obviously this could change and maybe Inter can make a push for Scudetto this year, but after a first 5 games, where they didn't look in the least convincing and when most situations went in their favor, I would rather wait for few more turns before before making them legitimate title challengers.

If you haven't seen any of their games bar the one against Milan, then your claims are invalid. I also have seen every game in Conte's first year and there is a big difference how the teams look.

and guys here tend to forget that Inter changed many players (just like we did) this summer. So it's not a surprise that they looked shaky a little bit but still they've managed to collect all these points and that will build up their confidence no doubt.The thing about Mancini is that non of his teams were overly offensive (don't just look at the numbers of goals but rather chances created by them) with City in his first season there they looked static/slow somewhat shaky but somehow he won the league with them.
One thing that I'm pretty sure of is that Inter will be shiit in Europe with Mancini.
I'm not going to go into details, but the 'dependant on Joventic/Icardi' is clearly you grasping at straws. Jovetic, sure, he's been the main outlet for our offense most of the times, but we scored against Hellas without him on the pitch for instance. Bringing up Icardi as someone who we we desperately need to win games is dumb and tells me that maybe you haven't watched as many games as you pretend to have, or you just make up things in your mind - he was substituted after 10 minutes against Atalanta and then didn't play at Carpi - that's basically 2/5 of the matches he didn't participate in. He's also scored 1, as in singular, goal, while someone like Dybala has scored 50% of your goals; are you overly dependant on him? Most would say no.
Also the GdS article is spot on, but could it be the fact that we create less is because we've focused on building from the back, and having the least amount of goals conceded in the top leagues in Europe?

He's been by far your most important player, probably the only player capable of creating something noteworthy in the final 3rd, which makes you exactly what I've said overly dependant. Besides he has managed to score 3 out of Inter's 6 goals so far. One injury to him (which is bound to happen given his previous injury record) and your team will face difficulties to break opponents down, since in your current squad there's no one capable of replacing that kind of talent.

As for the what the majority of my post was about which you completely ignored, I'm guessing you're backtracking on the Icardi comment?
Why wait 10-15 rounds? Do you, or do you not think, that at this point in time, our lack of creating chances is because of our focus on the defense which has been improved massively? Mancini always builds from the back, so this wouldn't be an anomaly. Or is everything based on luck/unluck?
