Hmm, no flashes of brilliance. You know what you get from him. A very reliable player a coach wants to have in his squad. He'll run, he'll be everywhere, he's got the guts and character not to disappear when things don't work. Simply a player and person a rebuilding team like Inter needs at this point.
I mostly watched him for Croatia where in the last two years he did (much) better than Rakitic, Modric and Mandzukic.
