I love when fans of teams like that fail to realize that the only reason they score more goals than us is that they sacrifice defensive solidity to do so. They play imbalanced attacking football, with the result being this leaves them far more open to conceding at the back. Hence the reason they have conceded 36 goals, and we have conceded 17 goals.

Their attack isn't better, we could score far more goals if our coach said $#@! defending and balanced football too.
yeah, any of our 4 attackers would comfortably start for them, even Cuadrado would on the wing. and we often stay back after taking the lead and dont bother attacking at all, so ofcourse we wont score as much. funny thing is, we often did that last few seasons yet still scored most goals in the league. and even this season they only scored 8 more goals than us while conceding more than twice as much :touched:

Read this piece of hilarity. 10 days ago, right before the Bologna 1-1 home debacle, this is put up on the Roma forum... The writer and most of the comments seem to think their midfield and defense are equal to ours (but with a brighter future), and their attack is better

They will overcome us next year apparently.

And then Roma does a Roma and draws Bologna and Atalanta in successive weeks.
How does someone makes such claims when 4 games before the season ends, they have conceded double+2 the amount of goals we did.

.... where we have had at least 1 starting cb injured for the majority of the season

Because they forgot the rest of our defensive line. They don't even mention Alex Sandro, who shits all over Digne. And they seem to think being young, in and of itself, is some special quality. Bonucci, Barza, Chiello are all much better than Rudiger or Manolas. Even Rugani, it's arguable that he's better than those two. Certainly doesn't make the ridiculous number of mistakes they do. So we have 4 defenders better than their starting 2... 2 far superior LBs in Evra and Sandro... And Licht is far better defensively than Florenzi, who is good going forward but atrocious defensively. Cuadrado would be a better RB in a back 4 than Florenzi is.

How nice of them to totally forget about Alex Sandro and Lemina in that article

Oh, and after today, guess who also has a +21 goal differential during that same span?

Parma promoted to Lega Pro :nico:

Nazio - Saponara's Empoli 1-0

Rigore Candreva.
That is awesome

+21, damn

'better midfield'. Lets compare how we did against madrid
Let them say what they wish, because for some reason they have this foolish notion that while they and other clubs will be making these massive power moves to catch up, that Juve will sit back and do nothing.

Even though we have more money. And more clout. And more history on our side.

The only thing Digne has going for him, is the awesome way italian commentators pronounce his name

Apparently CdS saying Totti and Spalletti had a physical altercation after the game today, with regards to Spalletti's comments about Totti in the press lately.

Even if untrue... and the Roma wheels come off once again.

Anyone translate?
@Mark

I know the headline is something like Totti and Spalletti fight in the locker room at the Bergamo. :D

it seems Spalletti and Totti had a Fight after the game and they might have gone physical but there is no proof about it.
Some people were presents but no clue about the reason for the fight. Spalletti afterward talked to the media and talked about Totti and that scoring is not the only thing
