Why would they draw attention to their own failures though because it would only make them look worse and their fans angrier when it doesn't happen. :D

I do. Will make beating them even better.

Even though he's an ex Inter player, I like Sinisa. One of the better up and coming coaches in Serie A.

If its a pro-milanese paper they'll want to print good news stories to keep their readers happy I guess?
Whatever is the case, its great for us. We know they wont have that money. Their fans will sleep soundly this summer and this time next year half the fan base will be on suicide watch.

Juan Jesus: 'Scudetto next year’
By Football Italia staff

Inter defender Juan Jesus insists Inter will have a stronger team next year - 'to win the Coppa Italia and Scudetto’.

The Nerazzurri have fallen far short of expectations this season, and currently lie eighth in Serie A, but the Brazilian believes things will improve next season.

“The directors are working for the good of Inter,” Jesus told assembled media at the opening of a new underground stop.

“Next year we’ll start with a strong team to win the Coppa Italia and the Scudetto. We’ll try to finish the season well on Sunday, then start off well next year.

“We can’t make mistakes anymore, we’ve been out of the Champions League for too long.

“We have to reach higher levels, Inter is a club which has won a lot, and we have to get back to those levels.”

The centre-back also confirmed that he will stay at Inter this summer.

“I have to train well and prove to the Coach that I deserve a place in the team. I have a long contract, I’m an Inter player and I will be for many years to come.”

Bad tackles do count. There have been numerous cases where a player was convicted because of a bad tackle. Generally it is assumed that either the tackle was downright malicious or so dangerous that it is outside the scope of the normal risks of playing football. Camoranesi for example was ordered to pay damages for such a tackle when he was around 18-19.

Well that's dumb imo. Rare exceptions where the player evidently went in in order to injure the other one non-withstanding, this shouldn't happen.

Unless it's an intentional, serious injury ( bad tackles do not count), nothing that happens on the pitch should be brought to court.
:agree:

And Hockey has the added violence of holding what can be used as a pretty deadly weapon in the hands. Most of the lawsuits have involved unprovoked attacks with hockey sticks to the head. Although their have been a couple for brutal sucker punches from behind.
