Roma defender Ashley Cole believes the Giallorossi can win the Scudetto, but made a veiled reference to Juventus and referees.
Roma sit three points behind the Bianconeri in second place, and lost the first meeting between the two teams earlier this month.
The match at Juventus Stadium was controversial, as Juve were awarded two penalties that proved contentious.
Even so, ambition in the capital has not diminished.
“We believe we can win the Scudetto,” Cole has stated on ‘I Signori del Calcio’ on Sky.
“We have an excellent team, and the right mentality in the dressing room.
“As long as we don’t come up against people who give penalties for fouls outside the box…”

Pippo Inzaghi says that he is constantly in touch with Silvio Berlusconi and that the President normally offers lots of good advice.
It has been reported that the club President went into the Rossoneri’s dressing room during half time of the game against Fiorentina, to ask Inzaghi to play Fernando Torres, who eventually only appeared on the pitch in the last 10 minutes.
Speculation is that Torres’ return to the starting XI will come tomorrow evening against Cagliari and at the behest of Berlusconi.
“I spoke to [Silvio] Berlusconi an hour ago on the phone,” Inzaghi reflected in his pre-match Press conference today.
“We always speak and there are always discussions between the two of us.
“He tells us about what he wants and transmits his enthralling strength. He is happy about me and about the team. He always gives us lots of advice which proves to be right.
“I know he is happy about our attacking football. He prefers a centre forward in the box, but we have showed that we can also play in another way - it went well with Lazio and Parma, but not as well against Fiorentina.
“I know what Berlusconi’s thoughts are, but tomorrow it’s not to be taken for granted that we are going to play with just one centre forward.
“For instance, if we change system, Fernando Torres and Jeremy Menez have shown that they can play together.”
