Bari are certainly best in terms of atmosphere/passionate fans, but at the same time it isn't quite the same without Lecce around too. I'm actually going for Latina, they've never been in Serie A and just a few years ago they were in Serie C2 - so they've climbed up quite a bit. This season was even their first year ever in Serie B. Only thing is that I doubt they'll be able to sustain themselves in A unless they get some very good loan signings.
