Did you guys see how effective Sassuolo's direct passing destroyed Empoli after they equalised? They really went for it. What I liked most about Berardi is that he is confident, has good positional sense, doesn't seem fazed by missing chances & reads the game very well. He would have easily scored a hat trick if he had his shooting boots on. Sassuolo killed it on the wings.

Great write up about the status of the stadiums in Italy. I really hope this league gets it's shit together. If we want to do well in Europe, this league must be strong too.
