They don't seem capable of dressing without wearing their team's colours.
You go and see weird combinations of different eras of terrace style over there: people dressed in fairly orthodox casual style, but with scarves tied round their wrists and stuff like you'd have been more likely to see here in the 1970s.
And they can wear all the Stone Island and Burberry they want. Those brands only really disappeared here because they became a beacon for attention from the police.

5m has been seized from Napoli's current account as a result of accounting irregularities with regards to income from the San Paolo (CdS).
The decision was taken after investigations were made as a result of complaints from the [Napoli] City councilor who claimed (1/2)
That the administrative & accounting procedures agreed on between the City & Napoli for the use of the San Paolo stadium were not met [2/2].
