Nope, I've only lived in Frosinone and Verona for an extended period of time (that's where most of my family is.)

But yeah, southern Italy is basically third world from what I've heard.

Yep. And something tells me if they were chants against people from Milano, Torino, Firenze etc that the FIGC wouldn't do a thing. Not that any of them should be punished in the first place, but I can sense there would be double standards.
