Ridiculous that Torino didn't win tonight given how many more clear chances they created than Genoa.
Genoa really struggled to find any balance through that game.
All Torino did was play Immobile through the middle and Cerci a bit to the right, as he usually is, and Genoa were stuck because they didn't trust their defence enough to play three on two against them.
That meant that either Antonelli stayed deep - leaving them with no width on the left - or Biondini stayed very deep, which left them looking very light in the centre of midfield.
In the end they held Antonelli back a lot and pushed Biondini higher up and to the left a bit (where he scored from) and then oddly chose Antonini as the man to push forward at times.
Cerci and Immobile make a pretty decent counter-attacking pair, but to be scared of defending against them with 'just' three defenders is ridiculous. If Genoa were that scared of them, they should have just dropped off and tried to play on the break more - not push up and try to dominated territory and leave themselves vulnerable to the break.
Melodrama isnt over
Berlusconi:
"We have reached an agreement on how to organize the club. There would be two CEOs - Galliani and Barbara"
Sounds like a handover period to me.
Galliani will just depart in a more orderly fashion and at a more appropriate point than it looked like he was going to in the last few days.
Wouldn't expect him to be in any position of power at Milan by the start of next season.
