There is no better angle than this above. Just follow the ball and you'll see who touched it first. If Zapata got the slightest touch, the ball would have went to another direction.

And I don't know why are we making a big deal out of this. It wasn't a red card foul since Mexes was there. The referee made a mistake, but it's not like he had a clear view to see if it was a foul or not. Just a normal referee mistake.
