Eto'o meets Chelsea as Inter lose out
Inter look to have lost out on Samuel Eto’o, with reports suggesting that the striker will sign for Chelsea.
Respected transfer journalist Alfredo Pedulla has claimed that the Cameroon forward’s representatives will meet with the Premier League side this afternoon to discuss a deal.
The veteran goalscorer had been linked with a return to San Siro after the financial backing at current club Anzhi disappeared.
However, Jose Mourinho’s men are set to offer Eto’o a one-year deal worth around €7m per season plus bonuses – much more than the Nerazzurri were offering.
