Handa doesnt get the hype that de gea, courtois, ter stegen or nuer gets even though he is probably as good as the best. Also he is a goalkeeper not a striker or an attacking player. They'd be lucky if they get 25 mill for him and he is their only world class player. Very bad business to sell your best player especially when he is a goalie or a defensive player. He'll be very hard to replace and the money wont do them much good.

They bought him for 12 mln and could now sell him for roughly twice that. That is the definition of good business. Don't be mistaken, whether it's a good move from a sporting point of view is a totally different question which would heavily depend on how they'd use the money generated from his sale.

I don't think they can sell a 30 year old goalkeeper for +20m eur. The keepers last longer, so Handa is far from being old, but only a team in dire need of a goalkeeper would pay that much money for Handanovic. The only team with such needs can't buy in the next two transfer windows.
