I said it before the season. How did people expect Napoli to mount a challenge against us when they couldn't do it with a team that had Cavani, Lavezzi, Hamsik, etc. with NO injuries and full determination and exertion every match in a comfortable system they played in for a few years? And add to that, we are even better in Serie A.

They changed system and coach, and lost great players, replaced them with quantity over quality and now they have injuries (Hamsik). They never really scared me.

Yeah, I really don't even feel like watching the game tbh. Inter and Milan make post-calciopoli Juve look like gods. At least we still had DP, Trez, Nedved, Camo, and Buffon on their primes.

What makes you think that?

I'm really enjoying this of failure from them, but at the same time I'm getting bored of having no competition.
Similar to Juventus few years ago and our struggle to get back on the top. Clubs of that magnitude can't stay in the shadows for too long. They face difficult times in every decade; blame it on generation change, poor investments and decisions, or whatever, but eventually they have the infrastructure that enables them to bounce back. Huge number of fans, big income, appeal, etc...Milan was even worse in the end of 90es; they literally sucked for two years in a row ('97 and '98), finishing in the middle of the table, with bunch of old players, but year after they won title.
