On one hand that's kinda funny and good and all. Napoli don't seem to be cut out for Europe just yet with how they did in Europa this year and their constant complaints about fixture congestion and fatigue last year. However, this just opens the door for Inter to make champions league. I don't really like that.

I suppose Napoli could try playing at another venue, not sure how that works in Italy though. The other issue is, Napoli don't own the stadium. So who is responsible for this. The club or the city? It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.
well that depends on the tenancy agreement it might be the case the Council have their own contractors to carry out the necessary work at the club's expense
