I'm tired of this. I hate both Milan teams but the fact is they are both better bets than Fiorentina to do well in the CL, and yes, I would like it if the Milan teams, or any other Serie A teams, did well in the CL, for our sake. You think trying to sign a top striker is hard now? Imagine how hard it will be if the quality of the league continues to decline. Sooner or later it will hit Juve, and we could end up like Ajax. I want a strong Serie A, I want a strong Juve.

In order to have success in Europe you need a strong league, not the way around. Having success in CL doesn't make your league stronger.

In order to have success in Europe you need a strong league, not the way around. Having success in CL doesn't make your league stronger.

Teams that do make it to the CL and perform well in it make higher incomes which increases their operating budgets and so on.

indeed. the notion that them doing well in europ is good for italian football is a myth. see EPL of 2001-2008. an agressive marketing of the league, plus better stadiums and crowd control is what drove the sucess of the teams there.

You forget how the FIGC doesn't give a crap about Juve & you want us to care about the rest of Serie A? La Liga is a 2 horse race & it still attracts big names, that goes for the EPL & Bundesliga. Couldn't give a flying arse about the rest of Serie A in all honesty.
