Doesn't that article from La Repubblica only say that Giostra del Goal is cancelled?

I've probably misread it though. Just woke up.

If this BeIN sports network has any foresight whatsoever, they would parter with XBOX or Sony to have the service on one of their consoles. Even if I would have to pay for it, I would do so at this point.

Hell, I'm going to be paying for NFL Sunday Ticket on my PS3 this season, so why not.

Sucks you guys ordered Rai. I guess we gotta settle for streams now. Weak sauce. As for Bein Sports, I still can't find a provider who carries them and they were supposed to roll out today.

I'm holding my breath. I'm not trusting La Repubblica.

The way that article is written, doesn't it sound more opinionated more than facts?

@Osman, I just ordered TV4Ligue1Xtra, I saw on TVmatchen that they are showing Juventus - Parma so it seems a bit promising. The thing is it can be dropped any time I want without having to go into unnecessary months which means as soon as they stop showing Juve matches I will drop the thing.

I've been looking around and can't find any proper confirmation that ESPN still have the rights.

They are showing the Trofeo Berlusconi, though, so I doubt they'd bother with that if they weren't covering Serie A this season.

Looking at that page it seems ESPN will show Juve-Parma and Milan-Samp on the opening weekend.

No reason to think they won't be covering it like have for the last couple of years.
That's what I thought. I cut my ESPN in May as I was possibly moving house, but I'm going to get it back now (and they have 3 free months for Sky customers).

It is disgraceful. Millions of people who subscribe to RAI around the world, mainly for Calcio, will now go without it.

That fuckface Andrew Orsatti was saying on Twitter that La Liga and Serie
A are just not popular enough in Australia, so ESPN Australia refuses to pay for the rights for the league.

Fucking hell I hate living in a country full of bogan cunts who love AFL, NRL and if they like Football, then EPL.

I don't understand what's going on.

Is Rai Italia losing Serie A because they're cutting costs? or is Rai Italia losing Serie A because Sky and Mediaset now own the rights?

Because I've read that RAI has acquired the rights to Serie A.

Edit: Nvm...fuck Rai. I wish I could get Sky Italia from where I'm from.
