Even if it isn't (good one), the Coppa final is a big game and he scored in that as well.
I once posted it, but here it is again. Players who scored most goals against Juve after Calciopoli

1. Marek Hamsik (Napoli) 6 goals
2. Edinson Cavani (Palermo/Napoli) 5 goals
3. Marco Di Vaio (Genoa/Bologna) 5 goals
4. Goran Pandev (Lazio/Napoli) 4 goals
5. Sergio Pellissier (Chievo) 4 goals
6. Sebastian Giovinco (Parma) 4 goals

So many try hards with a point to prove, except fricking Pandev (?), I bet Miccoli is 7th.

:D

And those Napoli guys are really destroying us, as it seems. Hamsik-Pandev-Cavani might be Napoli's trident in the Supercoppa, and these three fellows scored 15 goals against us post Calciopoli.

Pandev's 4 goals actually came in 2 matches. When we beat Lazio 3:2 in 2007/08 and in this last season when we played 3:3 in Napoli. Two braces for him.

Pandev scored more against Juve (including one wonder goal when he dribbled our entire defense), but those other goals were before calciopoli so I didn't count them.

I assume Cavani will miss the game? The Olympic gold medal match is the same day as we play the Supercoppa. Even if they don't reach the final I would assume he would still miss it?

That's great then.

Btw, you were right. Miccoli with 3 goals shares the 7th place with Di Natale, Matri and a whole bunch of others :D

Those who "disappointed" me and were expected to do better against Juve are Zlatan (1 goal) and Milito (1 penalty consolation last minute goal while at Genoa).

He has 2 or 3 assists as well.

Can you make a list of Hamsik's goals and assists against the bigger teams so we can end the "disappears in big games" crap once and for all?

2

1 when they beat us 3:0 (Cavani's hat-trick) and 1 when they beat us 3:1 in 2009/10.

Or in total, this "small game" player has 6 goals+2 assists against Juve and 7 goals+4 assists against Milan, Roma and Inter. Or in total against Italy's top 4 he has 13 goals+6 assists. Really bad for a 24 year old "big game choker".

Oh, and it has to be underlined that we're talking about a midfielder, not a striker.
