How many times I have heard that said about fiorentina, and yet they are as far away from challenging as possible.
Seriously, about Fiorentina? Because I struggle to remember when was the last time they had a serious mercato, were they bring in more than few first team players.. Could you remind me please?
I agree that this years mercato has been very impressive, especially if you consider that for all the quantity they got they spent like 20 millions, only Borja Valero cost more than 5 million euros.

Don't know why, but there were quite a few people who talked about how their mercato is better then ours.

You don't rate Fiorentina's mercato as a title contender that plays Champions League. You rate it as last years number 13 with no European football on the programme and it that case, they seem to have had the best mercato so far in Italy.

I don't think their aquired players this year are better than ours, but you gotta take into account that we're Juventus, we can offer a CL and Scudetto challenge, huge history, we pay bigger wages and we also payed more than as much in transfer fees, it would be a huge fail if Fiorentina signed better players than we did.
As I thought, you can't recall any of the "numerous" past times you've heard someone said that Fiorentina has had a better mercato than Juventus, not a big surprise, since you're a lithuanian :p
