This doesn't even change much for Juventus.

Juve still need to be perfect in every single remaining game to properly seize this opportunity, because it was always a case of Milan dropping points in at least two games to catch up with them. But now we go 1 point clear if we beat Palermo instead of beating them on head2head (which a draw would have done).
Any situation where Milan lose 3 points has to be positive. From our perspective it doesn't change much, but allows us a draw each with Milan assuming we can beat Palermo, which might come in handy.

It actually changes something. Well more like it proves something, that Milan have got themselves in a pretty bad form which means they took that CL out badly. Well it depends on the players to seize this opportunity. Winning tonight would put much pressure on them and will boost our morale.

Milan drawing today would have allowed us that?

Viola winning will probably be a bigger blow, but can't expect them to lose anything in the next three games. At least Fiorentina didn't need any remotely suspicious calls to win.
