Numbers:
number of games - Chiellini 24 ; Silva 27
tackles per game - Chiellini 3 (73 total) ; Silva 1.3 (34 total)
interceptions per game - Chiellini 3.9 (94 total) ; Silva 3.4 (91 total)
fouls per game - Chiellini 1.3 (31 total) ; Silva 0.7 (20 total)
clearances per game - Chiellini 6 (145 total) ; Silva 6.9 (187 total)
dribbled by other players - Chiellini 0.5 (12) ; Silva 0.2 (6)
blocked shots per game - Chiellini 0.4 (10) ; Silva 0.7 (18)
Even in those numbers you can see that T.Silva dominates in some (very important) categories.
overall rating - Chiellini 7.52; Silva 7.37
And that makes him better? It's barely an opinion of somebody.

Don't you just wish that he's gonna make you look foolish next season, the way he did it to this forum with Pepe? :D
I don't know, I'll not be watching Barca since he'll go there probably! :D

Pepe? Give me a break, he'll never repeat those games. Can't wait to see him being benched for some top player.

Silva is definitely world class, and one of the most important players for Milan along with Ibra.

they will struggle against teams with good strikers like they did with Roma who were not even good in their attacking strategy but they managed to get a lot of chances with numerous errors from Milan defense in the absence of Silva

even after he had to leave, he never disrespected juventus

LOL Very important categories it's tackles and interceptions!
juventus, with

barzagli, best cb in italy this season so far
chiellini, playd at rightback mostly
lichtsteiner, best rb in italy this season
de ceglie : surprisingly good
and bonucci

has taken 6 les goals then second best defence in league

tsilva
and a bunch of crap

lets stop this ridiculous argument, he made fifa team of the year for a reason

t silva is world class, because he is good and allrounded, and very had to pass and bosses the back
chiellini, is a diffrent type of defender, need to be bossed at the back, buth is also worldclass at what he does

i do think next to barzagli, chiello would do better.
