They've operated very professionally for a couple of seasons. Made some smart investments. Not high profile players, but really good players who sacrifice a lot for the team. They also have a coach who knows how to utilize this. I don't like them either, but what I do like about them is that they just shut up and play football.

What they're doing is cute, but hopefully they'll miss out on CL once more and some of their better players will leave. I'd love it if we could sign Benatia at some point.

Udine is a small town, 99.000 people live there.
Udinese is a very admirable club. So annoyingly effective, they utilize their resources like no other in football. Imagine how good we were if we were as effective as they are with the money we have.

It's easier to make smarter decisions with less money, especially with the fear of losing it.

I think it is related to having a good team, isn't it?
Roma, Napoli, Milan all have better players on paper than Udinese, and yet they still continue to do better in the league.

I believe its Guidolin. He has been a wizard for them.
And Di Natale banging in all these freaking goals.

Not only does the higher management make good decisions, but Guidolin has the team playing in a great tactical system for the pieces they have. Really gets the most out of them.

Damn, but those players are best suited for Udinese. I doubt any of them would have done so well in a more demanding setting.

Debatable...Udinese on paper is decent.
