It was one of those games for Milan where nothing worked - close calls bundled with refs mistakes, which I strongly doubt were intentional but seemed he was afraid not to be blamed for helping Milan, so he ended up messing up instead. The ref from the Inter game was probably laughing, while rolling on the floor
