I don't care if its nostalgia, to me football was never better than 90s and never will be. no one nowadays gives it the magic it had with del piero, totti, toldo, the real ronaldo, zidane, trezeguet, romario and bebeto, and every other player in wc98 and euro2000. best football ever
Include the 80's & i totally agree, but with the technological advances & more modest transfer fees in the 90's, it made that era truly special.

You were a kid back then, I think here lies the answer why you think that way.

i think most of the current kids will feel the same about this period after 10-15 years.

You're probably right but I don't care, I spent my whole football-watching life with Del Piero and his generations, I can't imagine football and more specifically Juventus any other way, but life goes on, the new generation are happy with Messi and Ronaldo, makes me feel too old.

Yeah, they'll be saying, "There will never be another Messi, Ronaldo, Pique or Rooney "

'Ischemic cerebral damage. He'll miss months. So disappointing to hear that, especially with Euro 2012 coming up. I hope he's alright.

Just about to go to sleep and find out that. 2nd time I've got bad soccer news in the past few weeks in the night before an exam. First DP retirement and now Cassano.
