Amauri had only one good season, and that had been before he joined us. Before and after that very poor. Just look at his goal/match ratio.

Alright, two out of ten seasons were good but that doesn't change anything. Not a good recommendation to pay 25 mil for a striker who scored till that moment 60 goals in ten seasons of his career. And scoring is important if you are striker (prima punta).
