I think this could potentially be a great transfer for Lazio. Cisse has put those injuries behind him over the past 3 or so season and ripped the Greek League to shreds as a warm up for Serie A.
Lazio are a team that creates loads of chances but lack the player to add muscle to their attack and put those in ... Cisse and Klose could be a deadly front two ... or either of them spearheading the Lazio attack with Zarate next to them.
And Cisse has the character Lazio's current forwards lack ... would be curious to see him play for them.

So did he get a bloodtest?

I don't know how it works in Brazil but if you refuse the breathalyzer here you get a bloodtest in jail.
No news on the bloodtest yet, but it's the same here. They force a bloodtest if you refuse.

Maybe it's different in Brazil though.

Stankovic:
“The change of Coach brought drastic changes in the system of working and training. After two years, we were accustomed to Mourinho’s methods. Then Benitez came along and we tried to explain to him that these drastic strength exercises had to way, but he wouldn’t hear of it. He insisted on immediately diving into his training programme with weights and a marathon run until we collapsed. He was persistent. The result was we had 30 injuries in October. We beat every record with regards to injuries and it’s because our muscles were on the verge of exploding. Each of us had at least two injuries on the go at once.”

Benitez's a maniac :D

you dont get no bloodtest, but you get your license suspended and/or go to jail if you got priors
you don't have the right to refuse a breathalyzer anytime you're pulled over. If you do, you get arrested and they bloodtest you.

They have to because otherwise they would have no evidence in court to prove you were intoxicated so they couldn't charge you.

Never really rated Cisse to be honest. He was super fast, but it ended there for him. Now after all those injuries he's not as fast, and he's quite mediocre too.
I agree. His finishing is not to be desired for, and he doesn't contribute a lot to the build up play to be a supportive striker.
