why would he want that? 
He asked the Napoli game to be postponed because there will be snow and temps of -10 C ... he is just trying to avoid the whole BS of the teams going at the stadium for the game, preparing for it only for the FIGC to do the obvious and postpone the game in the end ... the same thing Conte was complaining about yesterday.

Looks like the matches in north-west and central-north Italy are postponed and it looks like the bad weather is mostly affecting those parts of Italy. Inter have a better pitch so that might allow them to play tonight, otherwise their match will be postponed too.
The matches in Rome, Naples and Cagliari should be played. I doubt there is bad weather in those parts of Italy. Udine is in the north-east so they might play too.
