Udinese just need a point against Celtic to qualify. If they lose, Celtic will qualify above them due to better H2H.

Lazio on the other hand probably wont qualify for the next round. Basically they need to beat Sporting Lisbon (Lazio at home) and hope Zurich beat/draw with Vaslui. Or they can draw with Sporting and hope Zurich beat Vaslui.
