Belscuni is a billionaire im sure he's more than capable of buying players without needing to sell.
Berlusconi had the same billions when he sold his favorite Shevchenko, when he sold Kaka and in those 2-3 summers when Milan fans were going mad that their owners don't buy players and when they asked Berlu to sell the team. It's not as simple as you make it look, footiedeebo.

Yeah I figured that, it wont happen. Especially since they would sell Pato to cover the cost of keeping their current squad in intact, not signing someone who will be more expensive then Pato prolly.
That's how I see it too. It's just a prediction but it sounds logical, I think. Milan will get another striker, but it will be a typical 4th choice striker. I now expect Milan to let Dinho go, say how Cassano is his replacement and that Cassano's arrival has nothing to do with Pato, but in the summer they'll be singing a different tune. Naturally, things can change until the summer and Pato can end up staying in Milan, but imo Milan are now seriously thinking about selling Pato.

I'm with Jack on this. It's what follows after Cassano that scares me. I'm talking summer mercato.
Cassano comes free, Dinho leaves for free and Cassano's wages are at least 1/3 smaller than Dinho's. Pato is sold and with the Pato money they pay the transfer fees for Zlatan and Boateng (29m eur, I think). In such a scenario they have Robinho, Zlatan and Cassano in attack and 0 euro spent. Whatever budget they have for the summer will be used to buy midfielders and defenders.

To make this short, Cassano to Milan opens up a lot of possibilities. Some will say that Pato going out will be a big lose, and it will be, but that's what has to be done by Milan to make the team stronger (by getting good money for Pato). Even without Pato the attack with Cassano, Ibra and Robinho is a top attack, but Pato's sale could give the necessary funds for strengthening the other areas.

I so wish the above scenario will never materialize.
:agree: Yep thats the scenario that is likely to happen.

First when i've heard about Cassano's move to Milan it didn't make any sense. Why add another attacker to a team filled with attackers. But they certainly are not dump and they have a specific plan on their minds.

Getting Cassano for free and selling Pato in the summer for Big $$ is indeed a smart move....

They'll murder the small teams like Bari, Catania, and Inter and we can definitely beat them, but that might be enough for them to win the scudetto. We definitely need some strengthening up.

Or they will start losing a few in a row players like Robinho, Cassano and Ibra will get lazy, there defense will be exposed and they will fall into a mini crisis.

He was for 2 months in second last last season for Inter, but get back for title deciding game, limping around and decided the game against Parma, quite annoyingly efficient of him.
