L'Inter fu accoppiata ad una squadra, lo Sport Club Italia di Milano, che fu impossibilitato a mettere in campo 11 giocatori (probabilmente per motivi legati alla leva militare obbligatoria, visto che a marzo erano già partiti i giocatori nati nel primo semestre del 1902), dando subito forfait ovvero 0-2 a tavolino a favore dei nerazzurri.

so when an interista/merdazzurro says to you never in B, mention what I posted in my last pots. 1921-22 there were two federations. inter took part in one and finished LAST. Then somebody came up with an idea to change the rules and unite both federations and have an extra game to see who will play in the new Serie A. inter won by DEFAULT(AGAIN!!!) against a shitty club that couldn't participate in the game because of military service or some sh*t like that so they gave the win to the merdazzurri 2-0.
